PARTY CHECKLIST

 Proper planning does a lot in creating a truely lovely party. That is why Lovely Colours has created a checklist that will help you prepare and countdown to your big day. Remember, this is only meant to aid and guide you. It can be amended based on your type and size of party.
 

 

4 to 6 Weeks Before

*Set your budget

*Create your guest list

*Decide on party date and time 

*Choose party theme- agree with celebrant

*Send out invitations

Check on selection of Birthday cakes.

One Week Before

*Call all suppliers to confirm

*Check the guest list and follow up to get a final count.

*Shop for non food items needed, eg plates serviettes tablecloths etc.

 

Day Before

*Pick up cake

*Have games and activity list with prizes to hand ready .

*Buy extra batteries

 

 

 

2 to 4 Weeks Before

*Collate ideas and activities for the Party.

*Plan a day to do the Party shopping, take your list with you.

* Order the cake


 

Two Days Before

*Buy all party supplies

*Wrap presents, prizes, parcels for any *games and activity.

*Write a “to do” list for the Party day

*Check that camcoders and Cameras are working

PARTY DAY!!!!

*Set out table and lay out food

*Make sure you eat something before the party.

*Decorate rooms.

*HAVE FUN!!!!!!
